My Work
Serratura
UI/UX Design | App Design | Brand design
To start this project I questioned an interviewee about their bedtime routine and outlined their typical schedule. After this interview we discussed the pain points that they had in particular, staying off their phone in order to go to bed at a reasonable time. Taking this information I came up with the idea of Serratura, the bedtime lockdown app.
Nosotras: Latinas in Idaho
Book Design | Typesetting Design | Print design
This bilingual book features stories, interviews, and photographs that celebrate the experiences of Latina women living in Idaho written by them. The project was headed by editors Maria Gonzalez Cardenas and Emily Wakild, the forward was by Alicia Garza and completed at Boise State University in my senior class. Everything from the layout, typography selection, and artwork was designed by me.
LabCall
BRAND DESIGN | Web DESIGN | PRINT DESIGN
I was able to work with this wonderful client during my internship at BrandCraft Marketing Agency. LabCall is a mobile phlebotomy service offering at home blood draws, who came to us wanting a logo and website design. I was able to take the lead on this project and worked one-on-one with Charlotte to bring her dream to life.
Rochester Uncorked
BRAND DESIGN | PACKAGING DESIGN | PRINT DESIGN
This project was built from the ground up. Tasked with creating a unique logo based on requests from 99designs; I then expanded on that visual language creating a wholly new company complete with finding a building to reinvent, packaging, and print materials.
Folklore Gin
Label DESIGN | PRINT DESIGN
This packaging project was born from a decent amount of research, a randomly selected liquor bottle and logo, and a literal amount of storytelling. After randomly selecting a swan logo and nondescript liquor bottle, I needed to narrow down options so I chose gin as my drink or choice and got to researching…
Indarra
Brand DESIGN
For this school project I was tasked to make a brand within these very specific parameters, mimicking a real client. I couldn’t make any deviations unless I could convince the ‘client’ to make one.
Name of client and company name: Christian | Visuals associated with the brand: Powerful Waterfalls | Word that describes the company : Comfortable | Industry: Sports | Target Audience Drives: Subaru | Color Pallette: Cool
The Cliff
Web DESIGN
I wanted to take an existing company and website, reimagine what it could look like, and bring that new vision to life. The Cliff is a coastal restaurant in Laguna Beach, California with killer views and amazing food.
Food Truck Tracker
Web DESIGN
This was a project for one of my upper division classes at BSU. I was tasked with creating and prototyping a website for food trucks. The content and concept behind the website was up to me. I chose to create a website where local food trucks could register so customers would be able to see when and where the food trucks would be located and what was on their menus with the goal of increasing awareness and business.
