I’m Jordan Barno
Graphic Designer, Book Lover, Traveler, & Dreamer
Born by the ocean and raised in the mountains, I grew up with an appreciation of the outdoors, a curious mind, and the tendency to daydream and get lost in a book. Being a dreamer with a curious mind and an interest in stories is what led me to design work. I found myself able to tell stories and communicate visually through design and it was like a match made in heaven for the inner artist and the storyteller in me. When it comes to my work, I hold myself to a very high bar and believe that quality should never be sacrificed, especially when it is related to achieving one’s dreams. That is the approach that I take with any project or client, achieving dreams through visual storytelling and strategic design thinking coming together!

Graphic Designer | BrandCraft Marketing Agency, Boise ID | May 2022–Present
I began working closely with the Associate Creative Director as a Graphic Design Intern at BrandCraft from May 2022 – May 2023. I meet with clients, design deliverables for our digital marketing team and clients alike, working on a variety of projects such as brand design, website design and maintenance, packaging, digital ads, print, and more. I have now transitioned into Graphic Designer, taking on bigger projects and being more involved with client relations.
Jr. Graphic Designer | Ridgeline Insights, Boise ID | Oct 2021–May 2022
Responsible for creatively leveraging brand partner assets to create and update Amazon product listings and storefronts that work to communicate consumer benefits and values while collaborating with copywriters, Brand Managers, and Catalog team.

Designed and prepared promotional items for departments of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Including concept development, design, revision, and other actions necessary for producing posters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, visual displays, and similar graphic media while complying with brand guidelines and standards.

I worked closely with The Arbiter and University Pulse Radio staff to create and edit compelling images using the Adobe Creative Suite to enhance the newspaper and the radio station.
